MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Type 1 Oregon is to provide an active, inspiring, supportive, and creative community for children and young adults with T1D [and their buddies] so they will in turn become leaders and mentors for their peers.
WHAT CAN YOUR DONATIONS DO?
T1D Buddy Camp is the primary program of Type 1 Oregon, a non-profit devoted to providing an active, inspiring, supportive, and creative community for children and young adults with T1D [and their buddies] so they will in turn become leaders and mentors for their peers. Your support allows kids and young adults affected by T1D to participate in camp and other activities regardless of their family's or guardian's ability to pay. In addition to camperships, we use donations to offset the overall expenses related to camp in order to keep registration fees affordable for all families.
